Common questions about working with Happ Labs

How long does a typical project take?

A pilot project with one camera and one use case takes 2-3 weeks. A production system with multiple cameras, integrations, and dashboards takes 4-8 weeks. Enterprise deployments across multiple facilities take 8-16 weeks. Every project starts with a 1-week assessment that includes a site visit, process analysis, and technical proposal with fixed timeline and investment.

How much does it cost?

Pilot projects start from $10,000. Production systems range from $18,000 to $50,000 depending on scope. Enterprise projects are scoped individually. We use fixed-price contracts — the investment is agreed before development starts and doesn't change. No hourly billing, no hidden fees, no per-camera monthly charges.

Do we own the code and models?

Yes. You receive full ownership of everything we build: source code, trained models, documentation, and infrastructure configurations. No vendor lock-in. Systems run on your servers or your cloud account. We provide training for your team to maintain the system independently. Support contracts are optional and month-to-month.
